Pure Walnut Office Table

This bespoke office centerpiece was commissioned specifically for Kashmir Watan Foodstores. The project aimed to bridge the gap between traditional reliability and modern executive aesthetics. By selecting Pure Walnut as the primary medium, we ensured that the piece reflects the heritage and premium standards of the brand. The design features a substantial tabletop with softened, curved edges, symbolizing a smooth and approachable leadership style while maintaining a commanding presence in the room.

Craftsmanship and Preparation: The Raw Stage

The construction phase focused heavily on structural integrity and the natural “flow” of the timber. Using highgrade  walnut planks, the grain was book-matched to create a seamless visual transition across the expansive surface. Before any oils or finishes were applied, the table underwent a rigorous pre-painting preparation process. This involved precision-cutting the signature curved corners and hand-sanding the surface through multiple grit levels to achieve a velvet-like texture. At this stage, the wood’s raw, pale chocolate hues and intricate swirling patterns were already evident, awaiting the final treatment to bring them to life.

The Final Reveal: Office Integration and Aesthetic

The project culminated in the application of a matte protective finish that deepened the wood to a rich, dark walnut tone without losing its organic feel. Once installed in the modern office environment of Kashmir Watan Foodstores, the table transformed the space. Set against a clean, professional backdrop and equipped with a high-end desktop setup, the final look is one of understated luxury. The absence of sharp angles, combined with the solid, grounded base, creates an atmosphere of stability and sophistication—a perfect functional anchor for the company’s daily operations.
