KWJ Joinery offers standard joinery products and bespoke/custom items.While we make every effort to ensure descriptions, measurements, and images are accurate:

  • Wood is a natural product and may have slight variations

  • Handmade items may have small differences in finish or sizing

Pricing

  • All prices are stated in GBP (£).

  • Prices may change at any time without notice.

  • Sale prices or promotions may be time-limited.

  • Delivery costs are shown at checkout or provided with your quote.

If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or revise the order before processing.

Payments

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. For bespoke items:

  • A deposit may be required before production begins.

  • Remaining balance must be paid before delivery or collection.

KWJ Joinery does not store or process payment card information directly — all payments are handled securely via trusted third-party gateways.

Orders & Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive confirmation by email.
This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. An order is considered accepted when:

  • Payment is successfully processed

  • We confirm production or dispatch

  • For bespoke items: final quote and details are approved

We may refuse or cancel orders due to:

  • Payment issues

  • Product unavailability

  • Incorrect information

  • Suspected fraud

Bespoke / Custom Orders

Bespoke orders require detailed instructions, drawings, measurements, or notes from the customer. You are responsible for ensuring all measurements and specifications are correct.

Important:

Once production begins, bespoke orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed, except if the item is faulty or significantly different from the agreed design.

Delivery

We deliver across the UK.

Delivery times depend on:

  • Stock availability

  • Production schedule

  • Delivery location

  • Courier availability

We will provide estimated lead times, but delays can occur due to external factors.

Customers must:

  • Provide correct delivery information

  • Ensure accessibility for large items

  • Have someone available to receive and inspect the item

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Redelivery

  • Difficult access conditions

Inspection on Delivery

Upon delivery, please inspect the item immediately.

If there is damage:

  • Notify us within 48 hours

  • Provide clear photos of the damage

  • Keep all original packaging (if applicable)

Failure to report issues within the timeframe may affect your eligibility for replacement or repair.

Returns & Refunds

Standard (non-bespoke) items may be returned under our Returns Policy.

Bespoke items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Refunds will be processed once the item is returned, inspected, and approved.

Warranty

We provide a workmanship warranty on our products.
This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage from improper use

  • Environmental damage (heat, moisture, etc.)

  • Misuse, accidents, or neglect

  • Incorrect installation by third parties

Liability

KWJ Joinery is not responsible for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Delays caused by couriers

  • Loss of income, contracts, or business

  • Damage caused after successful delivery

  • Customer-provided incorrect measurements

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
