Spraying Furniture

This custom-engineered unit was designed and manufactured specifically for Nouvo Foods to serve as a high-end functional hub within their professional environment. The project represents a perfect marriage between industrial-grade utility and executive-level furniture design. By integrating refrigeration directly into a sleek storage system, we provided a solution that supports both the logistical needs of a food industry leader and the aesthetic requirements of a modern corporate office.

Material Excellence and Structural Design

The unit is constructed from premium materials selected for their durability and visual impact. To ensure the piece fits the “Nouvo Foods” brand identity, the exterior features a clean, minimalist finish with a focus on seamless integration. The structure includes heavy-duty shelving designed to hold significant weight, while the specialized appliance housing was precision-cut to fit the fridge dimensions perfectly. Every corner was finished with a softened, curved profile—a signature detail that ensures the unit remains ergonomic and safe in high-traffic office areas.

Beyond its appearance, this project involved complex internal engineering to accommodate the cooling technology. We incorporated a concealed ventilation system to allow for proper airflow, preventing the integrated fridge from overheating while keeping the exterior panels cool to the touch. Internal cable management channels were routed into the framework, ensuring that all power leads are hidden from view. The result is a sophisticated, all-in-one station that provides chilled storage and organized shelving in a single, unified footprint, reflecting the efficiency and quality that Nouvo Foods stands for.

Our process

How does the spray painting furniture process work?

From first clean to final coat, every piece goes through the same four stages before it leaves the workshop.

Step 1

Factory-quality finish

We begin by degreasing and cleaning the furniture, using a degreaser to remove all dirt and grease. This is a crucial step in ensuring a long-lasting finish.

Step 2

Repairs & sanding

Next, we sand your furniture. This stage matters most if you're aiming for a durable finish — fine sandpaper creates a textured surface that lets the spray paint adhere better, significantly extending the life of the paint job.

Step 3

Protecting

Masking tape is essential for any furniture sprayer. We cover every part that shouldn't be painted — door handles, legs, glass elements — ensuring they're protected before we begin painting.

Step 4

Spraying

Now for the exciting part: spraying. This is the step that transforms the look of your furniture. We use PU 2K paint and spray in our dedicated booth to achieve the best possible finish.
